Apple Watch
You do not need a screen protector for your Apple Watch. I had the original Apple Watch, and got the series 4 last year. I wear my watch everyday and it has never scratched. Unless you think you are going to fall down on your wrist a lot (jk), don’t worry about the screen, it’s really tough!
Depends on the usage of the Watch and how careful you are. If you are going to use it digging into the ground while gardening you might need one.
