Before 2-3 day I bought apple watch 7 but I see that display is scratch sensitive. I would like to know how to save the display such as I can't buy screen protector. When will have protectors for apple watch 7 45mm?

All the screen protectors are third party products, and availability will vary between different countries. A google search for "Apple Watch Screen Protector" should get plenty of hits wherever you live, I found several here in UK.
