Error 69 updating to 13.3 on brand new iPhone

Hello, I purchased iPhone X PRO about five days ago and today I updated it through ITUNES on PC. Error 69 was written at the end of the job on the computer. I tried to recover and also came across an error 69. So it ***** to buy an expensive product and get stuck without a phone and fair service. Anyone have this problem and fix it?
