Hello, I purchased iPhone X PRO about five days ago and today I updated it through ITUNES on PC. Error 69 was written at the end of the job on the computer. I tried to recover and also came across an error 69. So it ***** to buy an expensive product and get stuck without a phone and fair service. Anyone have this problem and fix it?

I tried it, the same problem again.
Try restoring it as new. What I'm finding with a google search about error 69 relates to copying music, not to a software update.

This was bug with Hebrew itunes
Did you try to restore again after changing the language of your computer from Hebrew to something else? This may resolve it
