rebooting does not solve the problem
Reset NVRAM or PRAM does not solve the problem
Safe mode does not solve the problem

There is one terminal command for that right side Control Strip
Refresh the Control Strip in Touch Bar, from the Terminal.app copy & paste:
killall ControlStrip
Independent of that to reset the entirety of the Touchbar:
reset the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Since the issue is still occurring, I recommend having your device checked at an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store.
You may want to contact the Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area and ask if they require an appointment to check the computer. Please make an appointment if you are visiting an Apple Store.
