Iphone 11 pro problems!!!!

  • Hi, please can anyone confirm if the following issues i have with my iphone 11 pro is due to a factory defective device or problem with IOS? (Im using IOS 13.3) even after i restarted my phone the below consistently occur:
  • Camera not turning on immediately
  • Face ID trouble detecting
  • Unrecognized noisy sounds
  • The need to open the app before i can receive my messages - NOTIF CENTER LAG
  • Settings crashed
  • Overheat

•ABNORMAL BATTERY DRAIN even during sleep- no application working in the background, wifi/data is off

  • Blurred photo after capture and then very slowly, turns clear
  • Very slow response to touch or tap
  • Lock sound not working sometimes

If the camera on your iPhone isn't working


For the issues with Face ID, these steps can help:


If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone


For the noisy sounds, is this coming from the hardware or are these alerts? If they seem to be related to the hardware, remove any case you may have on your iPhone and restart:


Restart your iPhone


For the issues with notifications, go to Settings > Notifications and tap on the affected app. If the notification settings look correct, turn them off, restart your iPhone, and turn them back on. See if this helps at all. If not, remove the app from your iPhone, restart, install the app, and test again.


For the issue with Settings closing unexpectedly, force close the app and restart. See if this helps at all.

For the issues with your iPhone overheating, please review the steps here:
