Facetime and iMessage

I tried to activate Facetime and iMessage but unsuccessfully. I have turned both off and restart my iPhone and turned them on to repeat the process but error messages still pop up indicating unsuccessful. What do I need to do?

See this, If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support including contacting Apple Support if necessary.
