I ordered a 1tb macbook but i got a 250gb macbook

About a year and a half ago i ordered this mac and i got what i expected, good performance and versatility, it wasn't until i ran out of storage last month that i noticed that i only had 250 gigs. i couldn't find anyone with the same or similar problem so i made this, does anyone know how to speak directly to apple to tell them this and possibly fix the problem?

Did you get the AppleCare extended warranty? If not, then your one-year warranty has expired. It is unlikely that Apple will help you at this point. If you contact Apple Support you will need receipts showing what you ordered and what you were actually charged.
