My iPhone SE, software version 13.3 is not updating any apps.
Is there a way to fix this or do I have to get a new phone?

How are you doing in terms of available memory on your iPhone? Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see how much free space you have.
What happens when you attempt an update?
Error messages?
Is the phone connected to Wifi?
Does it actually show that you have apps that need updating?
I'm glad the updates just downloaded, but you are getting dangerously low in memory on your device. Apple doesn't sell any iPhone currently with only 16 GB of memory anymore.

No error messages, the updating icon (square in a circle) comes up but nothing happens! It just stays there until I turn the phone off.
I have been wondering about my internet connection, even though phone says it is connected, so maybe it is that?

I am starting to think that maybe my internet is not working correctly even though the phone says it is connected with good coverage.
I will try to work out if the internet is working correctly and then retry to update apps.

I have used 14.6GB of 16GB, could that be the problem? I don't really understand much about memory.
However the updates have just worked? I wonder if all the bushfire smoke (Australia) has impacted on my Wifi?

Yes phone shows it is connected to my home wifi and message on App Store that there are several updates.
