iPad won’t connect to printer

All of a sudden my iPad and my husband’s iPad will not connect to printer. We have been connected for years and all of a sudden both iPads say “no internet connection” yet the printer says it is connected and I can print from my iPhone. I have tried shutting everything down including the modem. Nothing helps. Any ideas?

Hello,

You are attempting to connect your iPad to the Wi-Fi network your printer is broadcasting, this is not what you want to do. You need to connect both your iPad and printer to your home’s Wi-Fi network.

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
