iPhone 11 Pro Max setup

Hi, so my iPhone 11 PM is not responding to anything. The apple logo appears in the middle of the screen (as it does at start up) but nothing happens. I have attempted the research and reboot but nil.

Any ideas or advice? I noticed it is quite hot when being charged too, could this be the issue?
