There is no serial number in the lid of my air pod pro

The number is on the underside of the lid.

AirPod replacement I got an AirPod replaced because it kept going static when you would put them on. But now the old one and new one will not pair at the same time. I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.
