All of a sudden the menu that is used for speaker when taking a call has changed to Audio

I am hard of hearing and I always have to use the speaker phone when answering a call. All of a sudden for some reason the speaker button has changed to Audio and I now have to go through two steps to be able to get my speaker on. Do not want to go through two steps. How do I get my speaker button back on my home page?
