Apple TV won't play some home movies

Apple TV (4th gen with tvOS 13.3) is giving me "This content cannot be played because its format is not compatible with Apple TV" when I try to play a home video. The video is an mp4. What's weird is it plays another mp4 video in the home videos just fine. Video 1 was put in 2 weeks ago and plays just fine. Video 2 was put in today and is giving me this message. Both are home videos that I made and exported as mp4's. Both were put into the Apple TV app on my MBP. Both have thumbnails and titles present under "Recently Added". Yet one of them "isn't compatible". I've restarted the Apple TV device. Any other thoughts to why one video isn't playing? Thanks.
