How do I hear Logic Pro X by manually moving the playhead (in stop mode) like in Cubase?

A post mentioned what this is is to "scrub".

To accomplish this you must go into preferences>audio>edit and check the scrub enable box.

You must also operate scrub on pause, which you must add by clicking near the audio playback control box to configure the audio controls by checking "pause" in the options.
