Reset AppleID password not working
Tried to use iforgot.apple.com from my PC to reset my password. Entered my mobile number and received a message on my iPhone to "Allow" which I did, but no further instructions, next steps or re-direct to reset a password happened.
This reset is for one of my old AppleID's As my iPhone uses a new AppleID, would this be the issue?
After Allowing, what was supposed to happen? How do I reset AppleID passwords when the iforgot process fails?
