iphone flickers when usb connecting with mac

I looked al over the internet but didn't found any solution for this! I've tried multiple (new) cables.

It happens only if I'm connecting an iphone. If I connect my Ipad2 it does work with its cable.

It had this problem since 2 years ago with the iphone 6plus and since a month I have it also with my new Iphone11pro.

I couldn't tell the flicker or not.

Have you tried a new cable despite that it works on the iPad?

thanks for the reply, like I said I tried multiple cables. If you see the video you will see that it flickers.
