air pods say by by canada and when put them charge its wireless charging case it dont charge and it say made by canada and china around my airpods so are they fake or what i dont know what wrong i just bought them for a friend

Again, if you think they are fake, take them to an Apple store to have them verified. You have as much information as I do from that article I already provided you. Regardless of whom you bought them from, if you are concerned, then get your money back and buy them directly from Apple.
You have the identify information. If you are still not sure, visit your local Apple Store or Authorized Apple Reseller and have them take a look? If you suspect that they are fake, return them for a refund.
