Can I use the Apple iTunes gift card to purchase a apple watch band
I purchased the wrong gift card for a present. I purchased the iTunes store and wanted a gift card for the Apple Store to purchase a watch band.

No. The iTunes Store gift cards can only be used to purchase items from Apple's digital stores: iTunes, App, and iBooks.
You can either return it from where you bought it and see if they'll give you a refund for it, or try to sell it.
