Apple gift card
Purchased an Apple gift card that can only be used for apps, music by mistake. Wanted to purchase an Apple store gift card for actual purchases of phone, watch. Is there a way to exchange?

You will have to ask Apple if they are prepared to do this for you. Normally once funds are in Apple Account balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.
