So, I bought a new Iphone 11 Pro Max in Dubai in Apple store in Dubai Mall. Then I came back to my country(Kyrgyzstan) and noticed that facetime is missing. There is no icon,no in settings,no in storage settings too. I already tried restoring my phone and it is still not working. I have to have facetime back because it is the only way to contact my family.Please help.

What if i use it in United Kingdom cause thats where i study?
It doesn't matter where you use it, you will NOT get FaceTime on that phone.
The restriction is based on the laws in the country where it was originally sold.
can i return my phone into a store into uk and get a uk phone?
No. You would have to return it to the store you purchased it from.
