is it crazy that i forgot my apple id and password and my passcode for my iphone 8

To reset your Passcode to unlock your iPhone read the information listed in this link If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

To check on your Apple ID and Password use the information listed in this link If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
