Audio not working correctly

The audio on my device is not working correctly. The audio is working correctly between the menu screen and when you select the video or app, it fails to output the audio from Netflix or Apple TV etc? Any help???

Hello,


Apple TV's copyright protection system could be activating. Try unplugging the HDMI lead from the back of the Apple TV and from the back for your TV then plug it back in to see if it resolves your problem.




How exactly is your Apple TV set up?


Example:


Apple TV <-> HDMI <-> TV <-> Optical Audio <-> Sound Receiver
