There is no verrsion of the iTunes application for Android. You can in theory transfer your iTunes Library folder to an android device and use one of the Android music players (though you might to better to copy all the songs to a folder by dragging them from iTunes and transfer that).

However you can use the Apple Music subscription service since there is an Android app for that - the songs there are not purchased but are available to stream as long as you maintain the subscription:
