HP Printer drivers for older printers

Finding this user community more difficult to navigate than it used to be.

I have some older laser printers and am having trouble finding drivers for them that will run under MacOS Catalina 10.15.2.

I'd like to get one of these laser printers working under MacOS Catalina.

HP Laser Jet 4100 DTN

HP Laser Jet 4 Plus

Minolta Pagewords 20

Okidata OL830 Plus\\

The HP Laser Jet 4011 DTN has an Ethernet interface and I've hooked it up to my router, but my iMac doesn't see it as an available printer. This is the one I'd really like to get working.

Any suggestions?
