Hello Okan19,

Does this issue occur with the following?

  1. Front & Back camera?
  2. Does it occur in other apps? Examples: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, or any other app that takes advantage of your camera
  3. Does the issue occur when trying to film video as well?

If you haven't done so already. I advise the following troubleshooting. If the issue persists, i'd reach out to AppleCare Support and request a diagnostic scan. They can verify if the camera hardware itself is reporting back with any issues.

Advised Troubleshooting

------------------------------------

Restart iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

  • If issue persists, proceed to next step

Backup iPhone: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/back-up-iphone-iph3ecf67d29/ios

  • Proceed to next step after successful backup

Re-Apply iOS Update: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263

  • You will want to put iPhone into recovery mode
  • Once iTunes detects iPhone in recovery mode you will want to choose: Update
  • Its important that you keep telling iTunes you want to update the device

By telling iTunes you want to update, this will download the latest iOS version and re-apply the update to the device without erasing any of your actual data.

NOTE: iPhone may automatically restart while the latest iOS version downloads. This is expected behavior. If it does, wait for the download to finish, than put the iPhone back into recovery mode and tell iTunes to update device. It won't need to re-download the software again, instead it will simply continue the process and re-apply the latest iOS update.

If the issue persists, reach out to AppleCare Support and request a diagnostic to see if the camera comes back with any issues. Depending on results they may advise you to "restore" device or they may assist with offering "service" options.
