Using Personalized Requests

Ever since the last major update for the HomePod, I've been unable to use any personal requests. It just replies and says it does not know who is speaking.


I'm the only person in my Home, have Personalized Requests on and and Require Authentication off.


My phone and HomePod are on iOS 13.3. I've tried resetting the HomePod and setting it up as new as well as just turning personal requests off and back on but no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated.
