Not enough information to reset security questions?

I got an email that my Apple ID was recently accessed, but I've never owned an Apple product in my life so I'm not sure how I got an Apple ID to begin with, and I most certainly didn't just access it. I managed to change the password but it says there's not enough information to reset the security questions. It's past midnight so calling the support line is out. I'm concerned that someone may be trying to get into my other accounts using this one, and I'm pretty stressed. I made an appointment for Apple to call me at 8 am but anything you could help me figure out in the meantime would be greatly appreciated.

Apple is the only one that can reset the questions in this situation.
