Can’t access saved artwork from Procreate app
My daughters iPad mini2 will not not support the software update needed to continue using the app. She can’t access her saved artwork. Is it gone forever?

I found this this info about downloading a old version of an app . This fixed my Procreate and helped me access all my art . I had to hard restart by pushing power button and home screen button at the same time. That then following these steps after allowed me to download old version of Procreate on my iPad mini 2.
When in the App Store gap your name and it will show your purchases.
hope this helps

The version of Procreate on your daughter’s iPad Mini 2 should still be working and she should still be able to access her Procreate files on the iPad.
What happens when she tries?
What version of iOS is that iPad Mini running?
Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
I use a much older version of Procreate and I can still access all of my work with no issues.
My own 2015 iPad Pro is still running iOS 10.3.3 and my older version of Procreate is still working fine and I can still access all of my drawings and sketches.
When i try to re-download the app, it appears as though it’s working (goes through the whole loading-installing process) but when it’s done the button just says “reinstall” again. I just updated my iPad to iOS 12.4.4, and I have tried the hard reset as well as turning the iPad completely off and on again.
The latest version of procreate is only supported by IOS 13.2 or later, which she can’t download on her iPad mini2
Have the same iPad mini 2 and I may experiencing the same problem. How do I download an old version of procreate from the App Store ? That seams like what I need but i don’t see that option in the App Store . This only started two days ago
You need to re-download the older version of the app from the Purchase section of the iOS App Store app.
Try that.
