Can’t access saved artwork from Procreate app

My daughters iPad mini2 will not not support the software update needed to continue using the app. She can’t access her saved artwork. Is it gone forever?

I found this this info about downloading a old version of an app . This fixed my Procreate and helped me access all my art . I had to hard restart by pushing power button and home screen button at the same time. That then following these steps after allowed me to download old version of Procreate on my iPad mini 2.

When in the App Store gap your name and it will show your purchases.

hope this helps

The version of Procreate on your daughter’s iPad Mini 2 should still be working and she should still be able to access her Procreate files on the iPad.

What happens when she tries?

What version of iOS is that iPad Mini running?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

When i try to re-download the app, it appears as though it’s working (goes through the whole loading-installing process) but when it’s done the button just says “reinstall” again. I just updated my iPad to iOS 12.4.4, and I have tried the hard reset as well as turning the iPad completely off and on again.

The latest version of procreate is only supported by IOS 13.2 or later, which she can’t download on her iPad mini2
