Was Debit without any call for action to make a transaction

If you mean contact iTunes Support for a charge that shows on your iTunes account's purchase history, see the link I gave, or : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
