Apple ID change location
Please i want to change the location of apple id but in the apple remain 0.07$ and i want to change location to put my visa card so any one can help me

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you will be changing to ; click on Get Support down the page)
