How do I take my teens off my Apple ID and they retain their data on their iPhones? Years ago when I gave my 2 then young sons iPhones, I used my Apple ID and email and we shared and have been sharing my account for all these years on three separate iPhones. How do I separate the three of us now so my 2 sons each have their own Apple ID and emails, but ensure that we each retain all the data and information separately that we currently have on our respective iPhones? If I can figure this out, then I assume I would invite them back on family sharing so they can share the apps and other things I have purchased for them?

Try signing out of iCloud on her device and back in.
