How do I take my email and iMessage off my child's computer (family sharing)?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

On her computer, have you checked Mail/Preferences/Accounts to see if your email accounts are listed there? Checked Messages/Preferences/Accounts to see if your account is listed there?
