Unable to obtain and install Catalina on my iMac (27-inch, Late 2013). Message is that I am up-to-date with Mojave 10.14.6. What's up with that?

Boot into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R which will allow you to install macOS Catalina.
Make sure to have good verified working backups before you attempt an OS upgrade. Also be aware that Catalina will no longer be able to run any 32bit apps.

I have known whereto find Catalina. My computer imforms me that my OS is "up to date." Since my computer thinks this, I cannot download or install Catalina. Any ideas are welcome.
So, the AppStore Doesn't say Download?
