Turn off storage apply

I had a problem with my photo storage so I took an offer to pay 9.99 for a back up but unfortunately it isn’t working well I want to TAKE IT OFF, what should I do please! Thank you

If you mean that you upgraded your iCloud Storage plan to the $9.99 2TB plan, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
