It seems you want to use your Apple Music Subscription to stream to a bluetooth speaker on your Android Phone.

First, make sure you have the app. The Google Play Store link is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apple.android.music&hl=en_US

You can use this guide to learn about Apple Music on an Android Phone
