Apple ID review

Trying to download apps to my daughter's ipod touch 5 and message pops up saying "Apple ID not used in iTunes store yet. Please review." Then when i hit review it won't load the page.

It prompts me to review but only giving me the option to add my password which I do and then tap sign in and it brings me right back to review prompt again. This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store I recently bought a new iPhone 12 and got mostly everything set up, the problem is that every time I try to download a app it pops up with "This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store" then it has a button and it says "Review" when I click it, it requires me to enter my password and then after I enter it, it keeps repeating the "Review" and I'm unable to download apps what do I do?

“This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store” i just got my iPhone and I wanted to download app but it keeps saying “this Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store”… and I click on review, it was just blank…. Please how can I go about it [Re-Titled by Moderator]

What have you tried so far ? Have you tried doing it on a computer's iTunes and entering payment details on it ?
