Hi, one of my friends phone(iPhone 7) shows in the screen as ‘restore’ and she is afraid to restore since she never had a backup in iCloud or itune before, so she has many photos of her 8 months son and she wants to get it back, is it possible? Pls let me know a solution since she is located in srilanka

If your friend’s iPhone currently shows that it needs to be restored, there isn’t a way to back up the content on her phone. I recommend that your friend restore her iPhone. She can locate the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider in her region to see if they provide data recovery services here: Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
