Return Songs

I returned a song and requested two more. I have a lot more to return and it’s saying “We’ve determined that your purchase doesn’t meet the conditions for a refund”. What conditions? If I was able to for one or two, I should be able to for all of them. I don’t want these songs and it hasn’t even been a full week. Why is there a problem?

Purchases are considered final as you know, any refunds are at iTunes Support's discretion.
