my iphone 11 get hard scratch only in a week time

my phone get noticeable scratch within a week later the purchase of the new phone 11 , i'm very disappointed with the purchase as it is very expensive.

Scratch issues 11 pro max After about 3 weeks of usage of my new iPhone 11 Pro Max I have noticed a deep scratch in the screen.
