Is chlorine ok for apple watch

If i Wear my ‘Apple Watch series 3’

in a chlorinated swimming pool will it damage the water resistance or the watch its self

if it will what can i do to prevent that from happening( i will use water lock of corse)

and whats the recommended time can i swim for with the watch
