IPAD AIR 2 IOS 13 not Pad will not work
I have an IPad Air 2 and with updating to IOS 13 the IPAD does not work. Please advise. Thanks

Nothing worked on the IPad Air 2 yesterday. It was so slow nothing would work. Like updating an app it just sat there and would not work.
But this morning it looks like everything is back to normal and working.
