im trying to charge my AirPods case but it won’t charge, I put it on for a few hours when the AirPods ran out but it only charged the AirPods and the case stayed at 0% I’ve tried unplugging and plugging the charger but it won’t work and I’ve also tried cleaning them

I tried and it’s still not working
That's odd. Try contacting AppleCare, or going to http://getsupport.apple.com. You may need to schedule a repair.
