Changing country

I am trying to change my country as it says that I can’t download apps in the current region I am in

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.

You cannot change the country/region as long as you have a credit balance on your account for your current store.


You may only use the store for the country where you legally reside. You must provide an authorized payment method for that country and have a verifiable billing address in that country.
