Hi i am using iMac Mid 2011 21.5" with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 & having hard disk 500 GB & 8 GB RAM.
My question is :
1) Which latest OS supported in my Mac.
2) Which version of Windows that i can install on my iMac - Windows 7 or Windows 10 ?
3) I want to install Windows 10 in my system then what I have to do for same ?

The last compatible version is macOS 10.13.6 (17G65), High Sierra.
How to install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant. Note that Boot Camp does not work well, if at all, on APFS formatted drives. You will need to use HFS+ on your startup drives.
Tough to tell on the mix, mine has 2 that came from Apple & 2 8 GB sticks from here, make sure the speeds match...
