i have one iphon 5 and can acces in the phone every 1 minute open an window apple id verification, andd i cant understad i didn t created this apple id

can you help me how to delete this apple id ?

It is trying to restore an app that was purchased with that Apple ID. Delete the app and reacquire it with your Apple ID.
