Question

Just installed ios 12.4.4 on ipod toch 6th gen and can no longer connect with iTunes 12.10.3.1

Get an error message (0xE800000A) and diagnostic that there is no iPod support in iTunes. What to do.

I installed the iTunes from the Apple Store. I uninstalled that one and tried to install the version from the iTunes website but the iTunes from the Apple store modified the iTunes library and the iTunes from the website cannot run with the new iTunes formatted files.

Hello,

Are you using iTunes for Windows? If so, you will need to uninstall iTunes and re-install it.

Retired the above solution suggestion and it worked letting the iPod access iTunes. Thanks.
