I have bought an Apple TV 4K box in Dec 2019. During the last two weeks, when I want to watch Netflix shows on the evening, some shows freeze every 4 min and buffer. I have re-installed the Netflix app, checked my network connection, restarted my Apple TV several times, but the problem persists. All the other apps work smoothly. Any body else having the same problem? any idea what can be the problem? Thanks everyone.

Netflix uses its own CDN. While they generally have their capacity covered well, it might not be like that all the time for all users. Do report it to Netflix. Only they can fix it.
If you use a VPN, then that may be a cause of issues in and of itself.
Same issue here. And from what I’ve read - a lot of people have issues in the last 2 weeks (maybe has to do with latest update of the netflix app). And as you mentioned - only for netflix. So Amazon streaming is Ok for example. I really hope they will fix it soon!!

See the blue link in my previous post. The link was added in case the abbreviation needed explanation. You may or may not find it interesting, but end users can’t do anything about it anyway.
And can they “fix” a specific account?
You will have to ask their Support staff, and if they can get it clear what is causing the issue.
I did report to Netflix support team. They said they are looking into it but nothing has changed since I reported. I too think it might be the new updated Netflix app. Also not using any vpn by the way.

for me there is problem in all iOS devices. Netflix is running but in bad quality. Mine internet connection is fine. Netflix on smart tv works fine so it’s problem with apple devices and I hope they will figure it out.
