Apple TV Freezes while using Netflix

I have a A1625 (32 GB) Apple TV model and if I browse through the Netflix pictures menu the response begin to slow down up to the point where I can’t scroll to another picture or play any picture. I can close the app and the apple TV works fine for other apps including Hulu. Also Netflix works fine in Smart TV, IPhone, IPad and also in another apple TV ( much older). If I open Netflix and open anything available without scrooling too much, it works fine.

I try changing DNS, reset the Apple TV, reset the internet connection.

Is there anything that help correcting this malfuntion?

Thanks for your answer, but what really fixed it was a Apple TV reset and update option.

DNS should remain on auto so it can used the one assigned to your ISP. You can try reinstalling the Netflix app, but if it persists then you will need to contact Netflix so they can investigate.

I'm glad you are no longer having the issue, but that doesn't change the fact about DNS remaining on auto. If the issue does come back then the suggestion to contact Netflix would still stand. Ultimately a restore wouldn't be necessary for isolated app issues.
