Can you provide a screenshot of this? It sounds like it may be Voice Over, but I'd like to be sure. However, if you wish to check, go to Settings>Accessibility>Voice Over>turn that off.

Chris. It was the voice over. I turned it on earlier and forgot to turn it off. I already figured it out but just now. I fixed it and then started surfing the web and seen I had a message. It was yours. I went to YouTube and no one had an answer. So if you have a channel that would be a good thing to post. Thank you for answering me because if I wouldn’t of figured it out your email gave the correct answer. Thank you
