iPhone 6s battery

I have an IPhone 6s purchased in sept 2015, in 2017 a new battery was replaced under warranty due to poor performance. It’s now getting to the stage where I’m charging my phone twice a day or more and battery life is just sinking away. I’ve spoken to Apple and done an IOS update, backup and full factory restore.

Anyone have/had a similar issue?

I use my phone regularly for personal and business (social media/internet/playing music)

If you go to Settings>Battery>Battery Health, what do you see for a percentage reading in Maximum Capacity?
